We are trapped in our own minds. The brain creates layer upon layer of patterns, schemas, and mental programs that shape our reality, keeping us confined within them. These structures become the framework of our existence, making us believe we are safe within their boundaries. But in truth, they do not offer real security, only the illusion of it.
The paradox is that we don’t even realize we are trapped. We convince ourselves that external circumstances limit us, that the world outside is responsible for our restrictions. Yet, the real prison is within us. It is the mental web we have been weaving throughout our lives, a structured network of habits, beliefs, and conditioned responses that we mistake for reality.
This system of thought, this schematic construction of the mind, is a fiction we live in. It dictates our choices, shapes our perceptions, and defines the limits of what we believe is possible.
But to find our true core, our authentic self, we must begin to shed these layers. We must question the frameworks we have accepted as truth and step beyond the mental barriers we have unknowingly built.
Only then can we experience real freedom, free from the limits we've set for ourselves. When we let go of the rules, fears, and restrictions we've created, we open the door to living fully and authentically. True freedom comes from releasing these barriers and trusting ourselves to live without fear.
